The Military Industrial Complex keeps America at war because they profit from killing people.

The war on terror has gone on longer than it took to vanquish the entire Third Reich & the Empire of Japan. And today the U.S. has far more sophisticated weaponry & technology.

We need to invade Afghanistan ... with schools, health clinics and roads.

The amount of money it takes to keep one soldier in Afghanistan for one year, would build hundreds of schools. Building schools would provide jobs for Afghans. Greg Mortenson, an American missionary in Afghanistan struggling to build schools, could put that money to far better use.

I've never heard a modern-day anti-war message put so clearly, eloquently, and convincingly. Daniel Ellsberg, you're my new hero.

The only thing I would add is that the experience of war 'savages' those who are brutalized with the atrocities, as well as 'makes savages' of those who commit the brutal acts, order the acts to be committed, or stand by silently not opposing them.

The murder of ANY individual is a crime against humanity. No one has that right, incl. governments

My father did not swear the oath on Hitler. He knew, that it was not about defending Germany, but all kinds of perverse agendas, we now, by now.
