I think the Immortal is a little bit OP - the invuln. shield at higher level is just TOO long - like that anybody can just run into an enemy's defend outpost, destroy that pylon and retreat... Then wait for it to recharge and do it again.

Although the Infests have a nice counter for that with the Reflect-damage storm or what the hell it is called. It is too short though.
