They took the place by gun force, throwing the minister (from Fatah, the elected one) in charge (actually) by the window, so 1st, u are defending a public aclaimed terrorism front. And second, there's not such a thing like a Palestinian State, No Palestinian Country, No Nothing. It is a Palestinian Autonomy that belongs to the Israel State, is under Israel Government, and if there is any disturbance or anything out of order the army has to come into action.

Because Hamas is fighting for Independence, for a free palestinian people, she organizes health care and is trying to keep up a minimum of a social life in palestine, which collapsed under israeli oppression numerous times throughout the past decades.
