Woman calls 911 after receiving cold french fries

she shouldn't have rang 911, the local police department number would be more appropriate. i don't understand why he wouldn't exchange the french fries though. if anything just put them back in the fryer for a few seconds.

They don't have to give refunds. There is no "refund law". Businesses do it as a courtesy. Obviously LilChick isn't courteous. I would take my business elsewhere.
