So this is either real or someone fooled a LOT of people with this video. They don't have quickstop stores for babies. Hospitals don't just let you grab one and walk out, there are check out procedures that are in place to ensure that whoever leaves with a baby, is someone who is authorized to leave with a baby. If someone decides that they are going to blow off those procedures it is better for security to tase the man leaving with the baby than it is for them to just let him leave with a baby.

What medical condition? As far as we know the baby was perfectly healthy, until the incident. You do not need a hospital to successively deliver a baby. Sure it helps, but there is no law requiring that you give birth in a hospital. Humans reproduced without hospitals, doctors, or nurses for thousands of years.
If the mother and father where being mistreated by the hospital as the description indicates, then the father was only trying to protect his child.
