  • I love his videos but having a long femur in comparison to your upper body can make olympic squats almost impossible. But then again, he does mention that you have to have the body type for it.

  • sorry pall no excessive arching during olympic squat. Biig mistake. Bent your knees first. Powerlifting squat is where arching your lower back belongs to.

  • this guy is cool... but geneticy or iunno maybe from working out his shoulders looks shifted inward... like he has bad posture... I think posture is key for a grat physique.
