@flarex17 actually the song was written by Spike Jones as anti-Nazi propaganda, the original version is much more obviously a satire against germany. This version, however, was re-recorded for a donald duck cartoon, and has a much more regal tone. Maybe it's because Walt Disney was a self-fashioned Nazi at the time it was made?

@worshipehyeh Haven't you seen the full cartoon? It isn't "pro-nazi", it's quite anti-nazi. A part of this song states that they worked like slaves into their graves. By the end of the full cartoon, Donald went insane from over-working before waking up from his nightmare.
