i think, you should clean up your favorites. You're a mage and you don't have to use maces or something similar. set your focus on destruction spells and learn the other spells too and your equipment should increase your magic with more magicka, regenerate faster and cost less.

and of course you should took all the good stuff which you really need.

@docm77, I too tend to skip chests, so don't let them get to you about skipping some. Sometimes its more about the action then the digging around. Also, did you know that the magelight spell sticks to creatures? Really nice to use for a fight by lighting up your target in the dark and sticking it on an ally gives you a walking light :)

I agree that Barbas needs to go. The action was so much better before Doc got him. Now there's no suspense, Doc is never in danger. We know that Barbas will distract the enemies while Doc shoots them safely from afar. Sorry Doc, I love your commentary, but the fights have gotten boring.

doc, there's a mod on skyrim nexus for wearing unlimited rings and amulets/necklaces.... realistically, you should be able to wear a ton of rings and necklaces, the mod should have been in the real game. (maybe with a cap of like 10-20, but whatever, I like using just that mod)

Doc you missed 4 chests, dwarven chests look very diffrent so always make sure to check carefully when you loot these ruins also keep barbas he is awsome :D

One day they'll fix the immortal dog, you'll shoot some fireballs to it like today and you'll kill Barbas/Arnold, @docm77. You really really should spend the perks on smithing, enchanting or alchemy: you already seen the enemies are more powerful and your spells take too long to kill them. Also, why dont't you use healing magic at the end of a fight? It helps a lot to level that up.

Is Barbas stealing your kills Doc? Because you seem to be levelling up in destruction (i.e. fighting) much slower than you are in,say, lockpicking, even though you do way more spellcasting.
