The patch issued by Microsoft was never meant to "fix" autorun. It patches the ms08-067 Server Service vulnerability.
And fooling dumb users with autorun is the older trick ever. It's nothing new...

thats becuz ur an idiot dude! There is noway other than opening the file to view the contents and the having ur folder settings for view hidden files. Then make sure there is no .bat or launch files. CRIPES ARE YOU AN IDIOT?

Well, to make it simple, get the latest antivirues software like Mcafee or AVG
second, stay away from sites that you don't trust or never have used.
if you're allready using Mcafee Site Advisor stay away from ALL red sites.

That would all be happy day except for the fact that McAfee Site Advisor SUCKS majorly. Thousands of common virus sites are marked green, and even with people complaining about it McAfee does nothing. Web of Trust is better.
