3G downgrade from 3.1.3 to 3.1.2

@rob3rtito20 no the only way to downgrade your baseband is to do a hard unlock meaning you have t o tear into the phone and that is the only way to dg the 3.1.3 would not try this just wait soon a unlock might be comeing just be patiant
