Don't get this wrong, first is the first video and I already want to watch this LP to the end, but damn, what controls did you used? Its like you turn with the arrows, making you bump on everything. Usually you use the mouse to turn and the W+A keys to strage left or right(or arrow keys).

I'm playing the PC version of the PS. Before I started this I tried to configure the mouse, but it didn't work. It's been a long time since I played this but the controls I remember were W+A+S+D for movement with Q+E for strafing. And I+J+K+L was for the buttons.

Let me give you a friendly tip :)

Whenever you play games like these, remove the turning keys and replace them with strafing(W and D), the mouse does the turning when needed :P

But yea... it sucks the mouse dind't worked...

Personly i think this was pritty easy on the hardest settings along with the other early dooms, mainly becuase of the lack of having to verticly aim and the enemy's A.I didnt scale up eather like today,s games, only damage taken, but that aside the doom/quake series just seemed to have the best atmostphere, dark, deperesing, and horificly bloody, awesome !

Doom is native on DOS. Just get the PC version and it will work with the help of DosBox

@GOR3bot117 Jesus, are YOU missing out. Doom 64 is *easily* the best game of the series, hands down. I don't care how many people say that Doom 3 was scary - Doom 64 was the ORIGINAL scary Doom game. Just the ambient music alone in this game will leave you cold.

They have the first two doom games ported to the Gameboy Advance. I plan on getting both of them for my DS. Of course, I don't know how you would record gameplay like that in high quality.

While doom 64 gets alot of crap as far as reviews go, this is actually my favorite doom game of the series mainly for it's super creepy atmosphere, the darker graphics, the creepier music, and the sadistic level designs. This game made for awesome late night blasts
