Pilot error if you ask me. Is this your first heli???? If so, put it on a shelf and learn with something that can't kill you. With the 3G system you have to be positive on take off. My trex600n3g lifts off and hovers so well that I can let go of the cyclic stick. It looks to me like you took off and gave it far too much stick input that you nearly stuffed it into the ground. I know yours is all set now, but for anyone else watching Bert Kemmer has a great video on doing the 3G set up. Always start with the gains at 12' O clock and go from there also make sure the heli is level when you hook up the power and watch for it to initialize and do the tilt check to make sure it corrects properly opposite the way you tilt it. (watch the swash plate)
First off, get both your pitch negative and + the same in degree's like 12-13 degree's..go with a low thrott. curve until you fix the issue in tuning the 3G
@SinisterTV I re setup my heli last month with a 13+ and 13- Collective and 9+ and 9- cyclic and re setup my gains on the 3g control box and it fly's verry smooth,,, nice machine your trex 700e,,, i was thinking about that but to expencive in lipo,, i'm going for the trex 550 3g next week!!!

Reset the CCPM servos speed on the 3G system! And the TH & pitch curve need to reset again!

Looks like a phasing problem to me...check your swash driver is inline with your grips so the linkages are dead vertical...

What is your throttle curve set to. sounds like a slow head speed.

it might be your gryo having problems, or some thing else, just take it to your local hobby store
