Olimar is truly an amazing character. The one thing I don't like about him, though, is his recovery. While his Pikmin Chain has crazy long range, it's a tether recovery, so if you can't grab the ledge normally, you're out of luck.

And he' not broken... I don't believe in brokeness (except for Pit and Meta Knight)... Olimar is small, easy to kill at low percentages, limited range for some attacks and his Pikmin can get desync, so of course they had to boost him somehow, to make balanced... XP

It's whistle armor canceling into a downsmash. You can use your whistle to gain super armor at the start of the whistle so that you take damage, don't flinch, and then followed through with a downsmash.
