Yup, definately A203 (or C20P3 as it is known now!). You'd be surprised at the amount of times that Cambs bail Norfolk out, especially during the day when Downham & Outwell struggle to muster a crew! I've known both Wisbech in Downham at an AFA before now!
All I can say is that the appliance 30 seconds in front of it was the a Norfolk Appliance. Its got the better of me and I am going to check Downham Fire Station. If I am wrong sorry ! The nearest Cambridgeshire appliance would be Wisbech which is a good 12 miles away !
downham was at the fridge factory on that day i beleive as that went up again but now it is demolished (thank god) but it is to be used as a housing estate wich is built on parks we have no where to go now and our parents have a go at us for not being out so we say"look mum (or dad) they took the parks so where can we go i used to play footie there its stupid

This is a cambridgeshire machine, not norfolk, so it certainly isnt from Downham!
