Get a clear glass bottle. Note it has to be clear no green glass or brown glass the might break.

Get some balloons

Get some aluminum foil

Get some Lye (You can find it in the plumbing isle of a hardware store, Be care full with it because lye burns skin on contact.

You'll also need about 1 cup of warm water

Take all the supplies out side

Put about 3 to 4 table spoons of the lye carefully into your glass bottle(Again dont get it on your skin)

Now take your aluminum foil and roll it into about 5 or 6 dime size balls. Drop the aluminum balls into the bottle on top of the lye.

Now get your balloon ready. Pour the warm water into the glass bottle and then quickly put the balloon over the top of the bottle in order to capture the hydrogen gas thats being created.

Try not to breath in the gas because its toxic.

The bottle may get hot during the reaction so you may need gloves.

When the balloon is full of gas take it off the bottle and tie it off.

for a fuse simply soak a strip of paper in gasoline and then tape it to the side of the balloon.

Light the fuse and step away. as you can see these bombs are fairly loud but mostly harmless.

Id say a dry ice bomb is louder and more dangerous by far.
