Why not just add 1080i to the camera while we're at it and the iSight just expands to a 40" touchscreen which you can edit the video and wireless internet everywhere you go. Slightly within the realism of your idea. Also the original device is paper thin and x1,000,000 optical zoom. This will probably be more plausible 3-5 years from now, just don't hold your breath.

Yea, it would be nice, but I've seen small HD video cameras and they suck because it is so difficult to capture so much data without dropping frames. They could make a VGA camera or maybe something "higher res than VGA but lower than HD."

Look at the idea of grouped tabs and it would be nice to place windows anyhow you want like recent versions of Compiz Fusion. You could get more use out of a desktop by placing windows differently. Also the rotated desktop is more intuitive than just jumping from Desktop to Desktop. With it loosing opaqueness as you start rotation you can see where your other desktops are as you rotate the cube/ multisided display.
