Once Delpo gets his fitness back up a bit, he'll be ready to capture another Slam.

Some great power from Del Po, but I think his reluctance to come in after good, powerful and deep shot really cost him many points and stamina to continue the match. Excellent defense from Rafa to get to a lot of those shots though.
rafa tends to hit most of his shots crosscourt so many of his opponents tend to cheat toward that side. if he hits more down the line shots to keep them honest it makes it a lot more difficult to return his crosscourt shots (this is what happened in the third set for example)
It is pretty scary what Delpo can do when he has time; his forehand is scary. This was some supremely well played tennis by both and it shows just what a threat a healthy Delpo can be even on clay. On any other surface, I would take him against Nadal.
Forget the Big Four. Make it the Big Five after 2012, unless we decide to drop Murray out of that group.

It is pretty scary what Delpo can do when he has time; his forehand is scary. This was some supremely well played tennis by both and it shows just what a threat a healthy Delpo can be even on clay. On any other surface, I would take him against Nadal.
