  • "performing" this kind of music is a joke...

  • haha, did you guys hear the guy at around 3: 32 when the screen says "do you find it hard to sleep?". "HELL NO!!!!!!!!!!!" lol.

  • i hope i get to hear Marry live someday, thanks for posting the vid

  • This may be a bit late, but the first track is 'Even Spring' (the John Peel session version from 2003, obviously not that on 'Spokes').

  • any word on what that first track is? i also have almost everything plaid has released and have no idea what it is.

  • Oh, and while we're at it, does anyone know what the first track they were playing is? I have virtually every Plaid release ever and a lot of the unreleased mixes and stuff, and this is the only place I've heard it!

  • No problem!

  • Anyone know the name of the song at 2:58? Thanks.

  • It's called "To" and it's on the new album "Greedy Baby."

  • Thank you!

  • Does anyone know what the song at 2:58-3:16 is called?

    Thanks : )

  • Marry.

  • Marry is the second track. The first track is something else.

  • could it be a slower remix of Marry? it sounds really similar...

  • i doubt it, the melody and rhythm are completely different...

  • anyone know the name of the first track?

  • I like plaid and other techno but have never seen any in concert. I have most of plaid's stuff on CD. Is it worth seeing them live?

  • yes it's cool and warm (lot of people in a small place)if you like their sound.

you can find all of their show video in the last cd they did, optimized for 5.1 installation. but you can also think that good plaid stuff was made before

  • I guess I just don't see the point in going out of my way to see plaid specifically. But I know what you mean about cool and warm, and lots of people in a small place. I usually go to an underground club in Toronto (where I live) and just enjoy what the DJ is playing. Thanks for the reply.

  • It's definitely worth going. It's completely different from the CD. Contrary to popular belief, electronic musicians don't just hit "play" on their laptops and go have a cup of tea.

It's completely different from watching a DJ. Do yourself a favor and go.

  • hey, thanks. I saw these guys twice on their 2002 tour and loved both shows. the sound here is superb too! Plaid rule.
