  • I really like the video. Ive found the downward dog hardish because I cant get my heals to the floor. When you do the squats, I cant really feel much in my thighs. Im not.sure if Im doing them wrong, or what. I cant really sit very far with my feet together, can I have them apart until I get used to it? Thank you for this video, Im hoping to lose some weight with this. :-)

  • Wow, I already did it and it's too hard

  • would you recommend doing this in the morning or later in the day?

  • it's so hard! i did this last night and my thighs, stomach, and arms were sore today! i hope i can lose a couple pounds with this!!

  • Love it! Hope you'll post some longer workouts soon.

  • I LOVE YOU. That was a great workout, very different from other workouts i've had!! :)

  • 4 some reason i find the rock n roll thing quite hard ... i hope i do lose weight

  • You can also lose weight with out doing intense yoga. Stress is a key factor in keeping those pounds on. Yoga helps reduce stress making weight loss simpler. Check out OMweightloss!

  • I love you! This was the first exersise that i ever did of yoga. My weight loss was allready at the beginning 2 kilo! Tnx!

  • Hey there! Have you ever tried the Fat Blast Furnace (do a google search)? Ive heard some awesome things about it and my mate burned plenty of weight.

  • hardest thing I have ever tried in my life... I'm not quitting until I can do all of it though! :)

  • I've been watching your videos, inserting your advice into my practice. I'm doing yogalates 4 times a week to lose weight with other yoga on the offdays. I'm intimidated, though, because I have trouble with some poses. I'm under 5 feet tall with large breasts, so my body just does not fit into some poses. I have trouble with things like your step-forward from downward dog. There just isn't room when coming forward- my knee will splay outwards past my arm as I try to come forward. Any advice?

  • i had a stroke a couple of years ago.at the time i was doing yoga twice

a day, and loved it, although some poses made me light headed. i have heard

that certain poses are not good for blood pressure, especially when your head is below

your feet. like downward dog etc. is this true?? and is this routine safe for blood high blood pressure. i do take meds for it, and it is at a good level. i just miss the feeling i got from yoga, and lost the body tone i got from it, which was just a vain thing.

  • @crimn You might have been seriously over doing it. There are ways to make any work out lighter on you. Here she suggested going on your knees. The deep breathing is a very good exercise but if you are feeling light headed or some other unnatural feeling then you need to stop. The only uncomfortable feeling that you should have during a workout is the muscle fatigue and the desire to breathe heavy.

  • ps thank you it is curing my vertigo.

Thanks so much........do you have dvds.

    I would buy it.....

  • THAT WAS A FAST AWESOME WORKOUT. CANT THINK JUST DID .

    YOU ARE AWESOME!!!!

  • This shit is hard!

  • lol well i've been doing this for like two weeks now and all of sudden today it got a lot harder lol

    :P

  • @evathediva88 I've had those days too haha!

  • Love this! Thank you!

  • I truly wish I could come to take a class with you! I feel completely rejuvenated after a late night music rehearsal. Thank you so much for sharing your talents with us.

  • this is so wonderful, thank you so muchh .

  • I love this! How many times a week and for how much time do you recommend doing this?

  • hey hey! Have you thought about - fast abs magic (search on google)? Ive heard some incredible things about it and my auntie got really defined 6 pack abs and lost a ton of belly fat with it.

  • Just tried it today! It was amazing, I hope can do this more than once a day!

  • This is amazing, thankyou!

  • Amazing, I am so glad I found this video, Sadie you are one of the greatest instructors I know. Thank you!!

  • Great videos Sadie. Have looked at your others and heard the explanation of how to avoid knee twist on the warrier pose....... brilliant advice! always struggled with that one, until now that is! Good clear instructions. Thanks again

  • I have been doing this workout every second day and boy am I feeling it! Once I get over the inital hurt and burn, I plan to make room for it everyday. It is amazing!! But like they say, no pain, no gain!! Thank you so much Sadie!! Loving this workout!!

  • this is hard. xD omg. i love it

  • Thanks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!(:(:(:(:(:(:((:

  • @vgr4jfi4 Thanks fake person for making make up my mind in not buying that program. There is no post from SANEXL89 on the video and your username makes it obvious that you are a bot or just a fake promoter

  • @TraumaPsychoTizer let's vote it down then

  • What if you have allergies? Lol

  • Ok, I'm trying this right now...I already did my yoga stretches thanks to my college which is online and I am going to sit at my computer full-time.

  • I can't wait to try this (hoping my first day will be tomorrow). And, I LIKE her voice and the way she talks and explains what she is doing throughout the workout. I feel it shows she cares about her viewers enough to try and make sure they are learning to do the moves correctly. Besides that, I love people with such great energy! Can be contagious!

  • great tip, thanks! ❤❤I recently lost 37 pounds in one month.

if anyone looking for such info, it's here.

  • i like this but it has made my belly all jigglley :L

  • I love how you count losing hang-ups as losing weight. What a great way to think about life and motivate yourself. Thanks for the inspiration!

  • She moves WAY too fast and her incessant, loud talking/breathing drives me nuts. Guess I'm not cut out for this workout :(

  • this seems more like pilates than yoga.

  • WONDERFUL! Thank you!

  • hi.. love your workouts.. how many calories does it burn per 20 minute session though?

  • You're better than a lot of yoga DVDs I've seen by far.

  • I'm only 11 and my parents said to get my fat burned out. I never did yoga! I watched this on my tiny iPod. I did the whole thing! Im so proud! I hope I loss weight

  • that was wonderful

  • Great video. Thanks Sadie, with love. xoxo

  • I think I lasted 8 minutes, then my belly burned up!

  • *we'll try to get in your belly.* hahahahaaa.

  • I have watched this video so many times I already know what's she's about to say before she says it. I love this video though, and all of her videoes really.

  • i do this twice everday. its amazing.

  • she is good, but talks to much :S !

  • @M2seven1 yeah i got headache ..i will try to mute her and do it ..lol..

  • Great video

  • I understand that you want to describe your movements & poses. But you TALK TOO FUCKING MUCH!

  • really annoying

  • Thanks for the share... I'm not up to your level yet as I just got started with yoga. great workout though... I'm glad my cousin got me started on it. She told me about this workout and how to get some free yoga and sport gear from

    peerfly.com/x/0/3553/50223/

and it all went from there!! I'm totally psyched on losing some lbs.!!!

  • I LOVE IT!!

  • Hi - how many times in a row do you recommend doing the set if you are only doing this workout, to get in shape? :)

  • That felt wonderful! Thank you for putting this video up!

  • Dude...yoga is hard :))) this is good.Thank you!

  • i am feeling it shes really good

  • I'm having real trouble with my balance, can anyone suggest anything?

  • Holy MASSIVE Energy. Thank you my Goddess!

  • Every part of my body hurts. Hope to soon be able to do this without taking so many breaks!

  • I really love this thank you!

  • Wow, this was great, thanks very much!

  • Doing this every alternate days!! can really feel the strength in my body! Love all the advice she gives..works all the time :)

  • love this! Made it through the whole vid somehow. Maybe I should try doing this twice a day...... Too much?

  • @jitjerk naahh she said you could do this sequence a full hour a day continually if you wanted.

  • This really good i do it everyday morning and night

  • omg, my legs are going to be SORE tomorrow!! This was really amazing, I am subscribing!

  • Can anyone give me a rough estimate of how many calories I'm burning and how long til I'd see results?

  • This is my second day trying to do this whole thing, and I keep on having to stop at 8 minutes. My arms and stomach BUURN! But I think I'll keep it up and see if maybe one day I can finish it :)

  • you know its a good work out when you can feel it the next day .......more like the next week

  • Done this 3 days in a row now, hoping to keep on going. Love the way you are begging for her to carry on when your shoulders are in agony and she is talking about New York :P This is great though! Thankyou, oh and i had never done Yoga ever before!

  • Great workout! Just the right amount of hard work + de-stressing moves for a day when I don't have enough time to do a full hour. Explanations of movements are really great as well! Thanks for posting... Looking forward to trying more of your videos!

  • i started doing one of your yoga videos every morning!

  • i have tried so many workouts, but this one i actually felt my body doing work. its really amazing.

  • So challenging! Loved it!

  • Thank you. I will do this every day

  • i love this sooooo much. even if im not doing much i do that breath and it feels amazinggg.

  • Finally made it all the way to the end. Hard, very hard!

  • Holy shit, how is she doing it and talking at the same time???

  • @kaylane76, yoga is made up of asanas that train your muscles using the resistance of your own body weight.. it is DEFINITELY weight training. Obviously different types of yoga do different things.. Maybe you did a practice that focused on the more spiritual aspect of yoga and consisted of less demanding poses. Jussst saying.

  • soo relaxing ! love it, part of my new daily routine :)

  • amazing work out and de stressing tool especially after a jog!

  • This woman is a fricken amazon. I think I was only able to get to 12 minutes before my shoulders gave out. Oh well, tomorrows another day!

  • @TheDeeTeeVee I was only able to get to 9 minutes hahah :P

  • hey i was just wondering if i do this everyday for atleast an hour would i be able to loose weight on my boobs. Plz can someone tell me this. i m really frustrated of my breast size

  • @dumdumdudm If you want to loose boobs start lifting. Most women loose boobs lifting weights. It's the fastest way to become flat chested. Take a look at female body builders they usually have nothing left unless it's silicone. .

  • @WhereYaBoss This is true to if you take it that far. boobs are just fat! You cannot lift them up, make them bigger, or whatever else you have heard by working out. They are just fat, when you lose fat, you lose boobs too! It sucks. But if you think about it real boobs are kind of gross, especially the really really big ones. And it's usually figure competitors that have fake boobs, because they have to have a perfect figure. Women bodybuilders are the ones that look like actual men.

  • @kaylane76 Yep

  • This video was amazing. After just doing these poses once I could feel that tension just leave my body and I felt so relaxed. Thanks so much for this.

  • that was great! thanks for the vid

  • This is basically Pilates saying its Yoga, I'm sorry...Yoga is supposed to be a breathing exercise not a sole weight-loss activity

  • Yoga is awesome!

  • watch 9:45 lol that was so awkward

  • Yoga is Not for weightloss. It does Not tone your muscles, it does Not strengthen the muscle. In order to lose weight and tone up you must lift weights and do cardio. I am not bashing yoga, if you like it do it, but don't expect to get lean, hard muscles from doing it. You will only obtain flexibility. If you have enough time to do yoga on the days that you are not weight training, go for it! Stretching is sill important.

  • @kaylane76 you obviously have never done yoga.

  • @anexpatkid What about my statement implies that I haven't done yoga? For your info, I have!! And like I said before, Im not bashing yoga. It's great for stretching. But it does NOT strengthen, lengthen, or tone the muscles, like it claims to do. If you see someone doing yoga that is lean and muscular it's because they do something else.

  • @kaylane76 No that is not true at all. My friend ONLY does yoga (no running, swimming, squats) and she is thin and toned, meaning she doesn't have any loose, jiggly skin. Yoga DOES tone and help with weight loss. I started doing Yoga for two weeks and I lose 5 pounds.

  • @Japansepuppy2481 *lost.

  • @Japansepuppy2481 I never said that everyone who does yoga has loose skin. There are people out there who are small that do yoga and there are people who look toned that do yoga. Im speaking majority here. The majority of people cannot do yoga and see a huge difference in the way that they look as far as weightloss and toning goes. All im saying is the Best way to lose weight is weight training and cardio. I don't really care what anyone does. just my advice.

  • @kaylane76 Actually it depends on what body your is goal. Honestly running and yoga or swimming and yoga is a great way to lose weight. You can lose weight with just yoga it's just all about diet. You don't need strength training, you just need carido and yoga for fat benefits. Time wise you're right, but yoga alone does work.

  • this was great! i love it!

  • Can I ask if anyone has done this routine for a long period of time and if it works. I want to burn fat and tone and become more flexible but I'm not sure what yoga would be the best to do or which video on youtube is good for this. Any advice would be much appreciated. I can't afford to go to a class so I need a decent video but I'm not experienced enough to know which video will help me. Thank you :)

  • @LiveColourXXLRed I just did it. It's really good. I say, experiment with as many yoga routines and techniques as you can, over time you're body will tell which which combination is best for you

  • The title of this video says weight loss and fat burning, but I'm puzzled on how this workout would help someone to lose weight efficiently. I would burn more calories walking around my house for 5 minutes.

  • LOVE everything you do sadie i totally changed my own teaching since i started learning from you bless you ohm shanti xx

  • This was great! Mahalo and Namaste!

  • amazing yoga..

  • awesome thank you!!!

  • I adore this. Thank you so much - I've been looking for a quick nighttime workout before bed, and I think I've found it here. :)

  • Its going way too fast :( seems like nice exercizes but I cant follow it this fast.

  • @MissDoloresD I agree it is very fast-paced, maybe if you watch it a few times before doing it, you'll sort of know what to expect and you'll be able to follow it better. That's my plan :)
