I am thinking about purchasing this phone unlocked. I have tmobile so they don't have it, but I found a good deal on an unlocked one. First of all, is that illegal? getting an unlocked phone? Second of all, is there a sim card slot, and will it work with my Tmobile one? Last, will I have any problems working this phone on tmobile? such as functionality and things of that nature. This would help me a lot if I could get a few questions answered. Thanks

Verizon, who originally released the phone, is on a CDMA network, so they allow for the phone to be unlocked to use overseas where all networks are on a GSM (Sim Card) network. Once unlocked, you may use it with AT&T, T-Mobile, Rogers Canada, Vodafone UK, T-Mobile UK, O2, or any sim card network worldwide.
