  • I wanted to send you a private message because I think you may be related to someone I know but I didnt want to put information out on the net. Can you PM me??

  • I thought hot water is not good because it destroys the honey healing properties?

  • could i use ground ginger instead of organic, fresh ginger?

  • @lkellermanl543 Yes, but it won't be as potent.

  • hi, i normally dont get a cold and have never had a dry nose especially back by my throat. any idea on how to get the mucus flowing again?does it sound like a flu symptom for vapor remedys?any natural vapor remedys?thanks

  • @lupo19fun why don't you try using a Neti Pot to flush your sinuses and keep the passages open? You can also add a few drops of organic olive oil to the saline to help lubricate (olive oil is also anti-inflammatory)

  • @jinithompson Great suggestion! I can vouch for it from personal experience.

  • Honey doesn't spoil. Why on Earth would it need to be pasteurized?? :/

  • Great video thanks. I'm still in shock hearing that anyone would pasteurise honey! Is that not insane?

  • Great video. Thank you ;)

  • Great video!

I have a similar drink I make and I makes me feel a lot better in several hours.

    No Rad

  • Thanks for posting this nice informative video on Ayurvedic tea. I have just uploaded it on TryAyurveda.

  • Thank you!

  • Imma try this.

  • A reader emailed me this:

I've been making the tea in a saucepan instead of a teapot - I can cut up a few pieces of ginger and put a couple of cups of water in at a time. I let it simmer with the ginger for 10 minutes to really let it infuse. Then I have a cup with honey. Later you can add more water to what's already there and infuse it again. The ginger is there for a few hours for multiple cups of tea.

This way you don't have to use a plastic teapot, since most people have a saucepan.

  • This is how I have ginger tea as well. It is my go-to product for just about everything including an uneasy stomach. GInger is an excellent product for many things but soooo many people are unaware of its benefits. Great Vid!

  • Hi Everyone, Thiis is the new version of this video - I updated it with more info since people were asking about the water temperature and didn't know how to spell the names of the teas, etc. Enjoy! -Jini

  • Oooh this sounds excellent!!!
