hi, i normally dont get a cold and have never had a dry nose especially back by my throat. any idea on how to get the mucus flowing again?does it sound like a flu symptom for vapor remedys?any natural vapor remedys?thanks
@lupo19fun why don't you try using a Neti Pot to flush your sinuses and keep the passages open? You can also add a few drops of organic olive oil to the saline to help lubricate (olive oil is also anti-inflammatory)
I've been making the tea in a saucepan instead of a teapot - I can cut up a few pieces of ginger and put a couple of cups of water in at a time. I let it simmer with the ginger for 10 minutes to really let it infuse. Then I have a cup with honey. Later you can add more water to what's already there and infuse it again. The ginger is there for a few hours for multiple cups of tea.
This way you don't have to use a plastic teapot, since most people have a saucepan.
This is how I have ginger tea as well. It is my go-to product for just about everything including an uneasy stomach. GInger is an excellent product for many things but soooo many people are unaware of its benefits. Great Vid!
Hi Everyone, Thiis is the new version of this video - I updated it with more info since people were asking about the water temperature and didn't know how to spell the names of the teas, etc. Enjoy! -Jini

I thought hot water is not good because it destroys the honey healing properties?

could i use ground ginger instead of organic, fresh ginger?

@lkellermanl543 Yes, but it won't be as potent.

Honey doesn't spoil. Why on Earth would it need to be pasteurized?? :/

Great video thanks. I'm still in shock hearing that anyone would pasteurise honey! Is that not insane?
