  • Say, that was pretty good; the guys at the movie studio cafe brought the lunch for the actors and the movie crew to them for a change! Just had the movie studio cafe crew dress up like extras and they just walked onto the movie set bring the food!

  • Redcoats!!!! The best damn soldier to ever march on the face of this earth.

  • @LordWellington15 Ya, and we "YANKEES" wooped the tar out of 'em!

  • Thanks for posting this video, this movie is great.

Does anybody has english subtitle for this film?

    I can't find :(

  • They dont make great patriotic movies like this anymore. This is when most Americans truely loved this country and respected all it represents,,unlike now..Its breaking my heart to see so many hate America so.Oh they will take what it will give them, but that is all,,they just as soon spit on our troops,Constitution and all it stands for then follow and love the true American way,,they way our Forefathers intended it to be.God Bless America! Thanks for sharing this awesome picture.

  • Who all among us on here believes that this and movies like it should be shown on TV???? If were gona let em brain wash or kids it should be with stuff like this.

  • I totally agree! Our tv now is brainless and the shows they make today are disgusting..At least we have TCM classic movie channel most of us can watch when movies where "great"movies, positive, adverturesome, truely wholesome and not filthy and disgusting like they are now.I do like Law&Order and a few others..but this movie is above them all.

  • I love this movie but it is about the british army not a american army. As I understand it the term "american" came into being when things reversed the british became our enemy and the french our friends only to reverse again

  • This is the beginning of American Rangers and Special Forces.

  • During the revolutionary war, General George Washington ordered Lieutenant Colonel Thomas Knowlton to select an elite group of men for reconnaissance missions. This unit was known as Knowlton's Rangers, and was the first official Ranger unit for the United States, and are considered the historical parent of the modern day Army Rangers, Special Forces, and Delta Force.

  • Ah, but Rogers was a Brit and it was a British colony then!

    Wonderful film.

  • The sad thing is that America has changed in the past 60 years, the G.I.s of world war 2 are not the soldiers of today with all their...Uuh? instead of Yes Sir? No disrespect but America today is worse than it was only half a century ago, and the same apply s too Britain, we have both lost our own shared identities.

  • I totally agree with you..what ever happened to all those great men?guess they all have perished and now we are left with wimps.Oh,I am sure there are a few,but not enough to make a difference like you stated.

  • so cool, thank you a TON

  • Might interest American viewers to know that this film was shown to every recruit to the then (1940)newly formed British (Army) Commandos and was still being shown to Royal Marine Commandos in 1964 , when I joined !(Because in 1940 it represented what they wanted commandos to be like.)

  • what a great movie! i can watch it over and over with the same childlike wonder! thanks for posting!
