For example. "clean energy" is a partisan interest. It taxes companies that don't keep reducing emissions. Did you know that a car is only about 15% energy efficient? You could quadruple the cost of a car, and it would only be about 5 to 10% more energy efficient. "green" is an excuse to tax

Barney Frank is more of a good cop, bad cop, where he is the good cop, but the whole police force, or atleast a big part of it, is corrupt. What is this banking committee he is on anyway? My gut tells me that there is something wrong with the way these committees are set up,- in that they never seem to resolve the issues properly-like the oil/energy committees where big oil is questioned but nothing is resolved!
