  • Next to Midnight Mass, nothing beats a Catholic wedding. The music, the candles, the Latin, I just love it.

  • If you don't mind me asking, what kind of train is that? I want a long train when I marry. I want a Catholic Wedding Mass because they are so beautiful.

  • amazing!

  • did you choose the latin form? if yes,WOW?

  • This is the Ordinary form (Novus Ordo) form celebrated Ad Orientem and in Latin. Infact this is the was Vatican II intended for the Novus Ordo to be celebrated. Not the towards the congregatioin and in English (or what have you).

  • This is correct. The Latin was suppose to be prominent in the mass. Only the readings were to be done in the native language. The problem is Vatican made it so vague that certain churches twisted it. The best way is to have it black and white, NO GRAY areas! We not celebrate the TLM at our parish, too bad it was not approved before we were married. However watch the priest VERY close, that thing on his arm is for the TLM mass, not sure what it is called. Our wedding was the 1st time used.

  • That is called the manipul I belive. If you waited just 4 weeks, you could have had a Tridentine. This this Parish do a Tridentine now?

  • Yes we have the TLM now.

  • @ljprevo its call a maniple
