don't listen to what anybody says about JRP being a scam. sure they ask for a lot of money, but it's b/c the teachers there are from the screen actors guild and they have to fly in agents from california so JRP clients can audition w/ them. and it's true that not everybody who goes to JRP will make it in show business, but the bottom line is if you're truly talented and you want it more than anything else then you'll make it and JRP can help get you there.

i've gotten 3 runway jobs here in scottsdale AZ because of JRP & i've only been goin for 3 4 months , it's deffinatly worth it . it helps get you in the door to the buisness .
umm actually for runway shows you don't get payed by the HOUR. and since i'm still attending classes there i'm not planning on making the money back yet . i'm there to learn. even though i didn't make thousands on fashion week in ARIZONA , i still made a good chump of change seeing as i'm only 16 ! i made $750 at scottsdale fashion week plus i got to keep a designer outfit & handbag. and at phoenix fashion week i made $560 plus free stuff. runway shows don't pay alot unless you're a top model.
john robert powers is a scam because they tell everyone they're a model and accept everyone and take everyone's money and only about 1% actually get any work. Trust me, the fattest, ugliest girl at JRP would be told she's model material. It's like playing the lottery, except it costs $1,000+. Google "John Robert Powers Scam" or rip-off to read the millions of stories. Barbizon is the same
