The winters are mild with average temperatures of -5 C with a couple of weeks usually around the end of January at -15 to -20. Mild in Canadian terms. Besides thats what the Caribbean is for eh. that two weeks.
Now this is something like what I'd look for if I could afford to buy a place. But I want an 1800 yr. old big house and barn on it would make it perfect for me.
