I wish they would use Tobe! Gundam in a SRW for once, but the RX-78-2 is concidered too weak too bring back...

Unless the only Gundam series they use are ones from the One-Year War - it'll be comparatively pretty awesome then! In fact I think SRWA does that.

They did....in Alpha 3 and J. No idea why they got rid of it for this game.
