Fable 3 Glitches: Duplicate Items/Unlimited Gold

I have a problem. See, I'm using to heroes and I'm trading a weapon (Slimquick) between them. The original hero had 2/3 of its parameters filled before trading. As soon as it's traded, the quality then dropped. I traded it back and even restarted the game, but no change. What could I possibly be doing wrong here?

This doesn't seem to work anymore. Once you reject the item the game saves now. Can't play offline either 'cause the game won't let you access the save.
