When they went to the hospital to check on Mr.Bedioskin".."The Chief Of Control"..(Mr.Ed Platt)was shot and "Mr.Smart"(Mr.Adams) and"Ms.99"(Ms.Feldon)feared that their boss had died.(Crying)I still cry at the memory of that cliff hanger ending.
this is one of the greatest scenes ever...the whole sequence of moving max, from the couch through the revolving door is just classic...no words needed, don adams reactions are so funny
First of all, Don Adams' reaction commedy here ruled, especially the reaction shot when he saw the revolving door.
Second -- do you happen to have the clip in which Max, in a tender moment, consolingly calls 99 "Ernestine"?
The treatment Max got from the KAOS "paramedics" in this scene was a bit like what happened to the mortally wounded Stonewall Jackson after he had been hit by friendly fire.
I don't have the full episode anymore. This is one of my favorite episodes and I recorded it off of the TV and trimmed it down to this clip. It should be available on DVD though.
Remember that the two clown who were going to "silence" Max here aren't regular KAOS personnel, but were hired through an agency, "Part-Time Killers"!
This was supposed to be a GS feature film in '67. "They" had second thoughts when a Munsters movie tanked, and made it into a three-part episode instead. Now THIS would have been worth seeing at the theater.
Oh Brother?! "Kaos"may be dangerous killers and world domminatiing nuts..but?
Smart they're not.(LOL!).

This is one of my favorite cliff hanger endings for a muti-part episode of"Get Smart".
Like everyone who saw the show.it entertained..but it also scared me.Because I thought that poor"Mr.Smart"/Mr.Adams was going to be killed.

This ambulance scene brought me lots of laughter. Don Adams was brilliant as Maxwell Smart. What perfect comedy
acting.

Hilarious! This scene had my whole family laughing the first time we saw it. Do you have the shot when Max has the three phones in the lobby?

Frigging hilarious! I know it was fake when Max fell out the door but it still made me laugh like a hyena. Thanks for posting this!
