Well, before they get put in that machine it's implied that all their organs are removed (to help create more Smiles). The machine then "stuffs" the now empty bodies like a taxidermist, which is Curtis' "hobby"

What I don't understand is, how does Emir know everything about the Killer 7 and their past lifes? I understand that when he changes personalites he turns into them and gets their weapons, but how does he know everything about them? Also can Harman and the other guy ever die or are they invincible?

Emir absorbed not only their personalies but also their memories. As such, he knows everything about them, including their past lives.

As for Harman and Kun Lan, it's implied that they are "avatars" (for lack of a better term) for two opposing gods. As such, they get "reincarnated" to fight each other, yet neither can win.

This also actually determines which "story" you're looking at; the one laid out in the game, and the original, over-arching story laid out in Hand in Killer7. Just going by the game, the other personalities are imaginary creations of Emir, so their histories are just made up by Emir.

i recommend you to level up someone like con or dan until he gets critical lock on, and then get more blood for others
