ANYONE can tell Balrog was based off Mike Tyson.

In the original SNES Street Fighter games he even LOOKED just like Mike Tyson. If his name wasn't Balrog I would've THOUGHT he was Mike Tyson.

And also, it wasn't a joke, more like a tribute, since unlike most of the fighters in the game, the character they based Balrog from was actually an extremely powerful and dominant fighter/boxer. Mike Tyson is however crazy, and they didn't wanna risk him thinking it was a parody, and sue.

I think ; mods work online, but the other won't see the changes the same as you unless they use the same mod, some mod really shouldn't be use online, like mod that swap Character's move list (like swap Ryu's move with Sagat's) it'd only get you banned

Alright thanks all did that, now for something else, the custom skins are always something like 01_01 or 01_02 etc, this indicates what colour they will replace, is there anyway I can change it so the skin does not go over a colour I like but rather a different one?

for example, I like Ryu colour nr 3, but I have a skin thats 01_03 aka going over that colour, can I change something so it goes over for example colour nr2 ?
