i dont know if it is a remix but not all artists record in tha same studio....they email tracks to each other....but i know bizzy likes to record in tha studio with other artists....so if you ever heard the song tha points with all those artists they emailed each other the songs so there is a sound quality difference betweed different studios....and this could be a remix or original....

I think you should check the history of both artists. While Tupac went to a school for the performance arts trying to become a actor and rapper as a child, Bizzy was living a rougher life. He was abducted at the age of 5, had his first child at the age of 12, he really lived a rougher life then Pac.
