Grade B, which has THE FLAVOR, is the real grade A. Rich, viscous, dark, real flavor. 'Grade A' by convention, is weak flavored. Not what I want, just doesn't feel right to the body. How could this mix up happen? Do some people just want flavorless / nutrient weak sugar syrup?

A great video! Michigan's sugarbush and the old-time processing over a wood fire should be seen by everyone.
We'll provide the French toast & raspberries, you supply the maple syrup at the river this summer. :)
