Around '81 maybe... I had the opportunity to meet this gorgeous woman... she arrived solo on a late night flight into Honolulu and I drove out to the airport to meet her with promoter Tom Moffatt. Tom's carrying a lei for her and he asks me if I wouldn't mind doing the honor of greeting her with it... I say yeah, I think I can handle that... no arm twisting required. I gave her a good kiss, she was very gracious... gave you the feeling like she was just as pretty on the inside.

@crystalgayleaddict a lei is a garland of flowers usually given as a welcome, the Hawaiians and the new zealand Maori give Lei as gifts.
