It is WRITTEN IN THE Koran, that the penalty for refusing to believe the 'truth' of the Koran is death. I don't wish to carry this on any further. Islam, Catholocism & every religion out there is based on the premise that you can be a good person perform enough rituals (5 daily prayers, Mecca pilgrimage etc) and make yourself acceptable to God, that also is in the Koran though I guess you'd deny that too.  I have many Muslim friends; one of them was studying to be an Iman, I could contact him and get the scripture reference for you, but to be honest, you have no interest in knowing the truth, your only interest lies in arguing.
