@OFFICIALBARTITANZ big big fan from UK you guys are inspirational i been training my ass off.....do you guys split days to focus on different elements or do you work all body parts each session?
do calisthenics work for everyone? I want to start doing them cuz they look legit, I just dont know if they will get me as big as you guys if i drop lifting weights and do calis.
erm i do a lot of core training and have built up quite a stable core which helps me with my sport, but i suffer a lot from hip flexor injuries and my left hip clicks everytime i do the hanging leg raisers. does anyone know if this is just a weak area which can be improved with a strong core and stretching etc or is ther an underlying cause?
would be nice if no loud music in next videos or 2 audio track in video (real sounds + with mus other track), i not like music in training video, i like real street sounds and clear voice

@OFFICIALBARTITANZ That's one of the best calisthenics vids I've ever seen on youtube. It's nice to see people that focus on cooperate and enjoy the same interest on the bars instead of competing against each other and growing apart. Hopefully I'll be able to train with u guys in NY. Maybe you can answer. Why mostly my Shoulders Crack I can crack them on purpose there is no pain but it is getting annoying if I wont crack them before working out. I do not use any supplements btw. Do I need flexibility? cause I aint got none

I hurted the right side of my latissimus dorsi doing windshield wipers because I didn't stretch. Almost a week and it doesn't hurt, but if i get on a bar it starts to hurt...
Time estimate to be able to hit the bar?
What stretches should I do before performing these workouts so I don't hurt myself again?
@shadowbraska Will I would first suggest you get it looked at by a doctor to make sure you didn't rip or tear any muscles wrongly. then go from there.
