Stylish whirlwind of dust that is generated under the base of this huge blue and cumulonimbus :O. Incredible cloudiness you had in your head, something really fantastic to see the formation of this wonderful Landspout Tornado or not supercelular.

I fought "landspout" is a term for non-funnel rotation i.e. with only visible rotating dust . Besides landspouts are born from non-supercell clouds. So IMO this video shows a real tornado.

Landspouts can have funnels and even condensation funnels associated with them. This was located on a flanking line of building thunderstorms and was not associated with a mesocyclone so I would call it a landpout or NST (non-supercell tornado).
