I love this film. But at the point where he turns around, the two trains cross and she's not there afterwards I find my self screaming at the characters, "WHY THE HELL DID SHE LEAVE!?" "WHY THE HELL DIDN'T HE RUN AFTER HER!?" It's so sad and I really want them to have a happy ending. :(

This movie is very beautiful in every single aspect. It taught me so many things, and it also made me realize that in life, sad endings also exist. I've seen many movies that have happy endings and well, it just gets too repetitive. Happy endings are not realistic. They are just there to make the viewer happy and satisfied. With this movie, it all felt realistic. That's what made it special and perhaps better than any other movie that I've ever seen.
