I went to Higher Ground as part of a Youth Group from Southern Va around 1984. An awkward teen, uncertain as to my public walk with Christ, I felt the pull of society and was uncertain of my path. Only a handful of us went that first year. To this day, I still remember that trip and the impact it made on my walk with God. We built benches on the side of the mountain for an outdoor ampitheater, sang songs, shared testimony, and came away stronger Christians. I long to return with my family now.
What a great video! My youngest son participated in two children's/youth camps there and as your speakers say--it is true. You do feel God's presence. May God continue to bless your ministry and I plan on sharing your video with other fellow Christians!
