Unfortunately although it is legal we still agreed to the terms of service contract which says we promise not to upload any content we did not create so technically we are in violation of TOS. So far though I think they are letting us get by with disclaimers because I believe they don't care much of what you upload as long as someone does not send a notice to them of copyright infringement.

I find it very sad that you have to spend so much time on disclaimers. I wish we truly had free speech. But I guess, we have alot of wishes....
