Ugh, terrible quality, scenery, no terminals, no wingflex. Ewww. FSX is so much better, and a lot of quality addons like PMDG and Captain sim will keep it alive for many years to come.

Not bad but honestly with the available addons generated for FSX, they are far superior to X-Plane. The Buildings and skyline almost look toyish in my version of X-Plane 9, whereas in FSX they are almost real!

@Shamrock47A if you want good graphics, sure, go for FSX, but if you want a simulator that actually runs decent calculations, then go with a real simulator. The reason that FSX is so pretty is that they skimp on the actual flight mechanics. FSX uses stability derivatives, x plane actively runs calculations on data points across the whole aircraft. My point is, you gain realism in looks, but you're loosing realism in flight mechanics.
