here's a challenge: you can't go to the shop and you must go to the arcade at any possible chance.

After 5:55 you could instead pick up the Dr Fetus Remote to blow up the wall with the secret room and THEN reroll it (its an evil item and you can repick up the Dice after being done with it)

I suggest this little challenge: When a Devil Room appears, always chose the item on the left regardless of what it is and as long it doesn't END the game (you CAN die by using a Cat item) That also means that you can keep going with no hearth containers

Sniper: Can only pick up items that increases range and damage. Technology and Brimstone are not allowed, but Chocolate Milk, Ouija Board, and HP Ups okay. Also, any Tears Down pills must be taken.

Gatling Glory: Tears/Damage ups only, Ouija Board and health boosters allowed, Range Down pills must be taken if encountered.

MORE POWER!!!!: Should be obvious. HP Ups, Mom's Knife, and Brimstone allowed.

At the beginning of every floor you flip a coin and if it's heads you have to pick up every item on the floor (good or bad, akin to a ADHD run), and if it's tails you can't pick up any items, (bombs, keys and money are exempt, you can always pick them up, otherwise it would break the run!)

northern lion, i think you underestimated the parasite when you had it. i had good damage and range increased, and i killed gurdy with the parasite in about 30 seconds because i was hitting him three times. and on most enemies if you hit them to the left or right you essentially get a double shot. it also fills the screen with bullets.
