I'm sure it could be done but I doubt that they'd be walking for the next week or so. We do this as part of a series of low walks and the entire series never goes over 240m of walking and is usually around 160m.
im trying to build up my legs...i always worked out my upper body but wanted to strengthen my legs.....i wanna incorporate leap frogs, duck walks, hindu squats...etc......its not that its hard its just that recovering from a workout like that sucks lol....its hard to walk after a while
@HPCsport not to contradict you much but these were done for offensive line drills when i was in high school and punishment could involve 400m laps of this for sometimes up to a mile if someone really effed up. there were breaks at every lap but if someone raised up more than a few times the lap was reset. Brutal
Hands should be behind head...... that's the way we do them in the Future Soldier Program and the way i did them at MEPs.

We did duck walking last night in my Kung Fu class. Then we did high kicks, high crossover kicks, low sweeping kicks then low sweeping double kicks!
My quadriceps are still sore. I hope I can walk normally tomorrow morning.
