It's a crying shame that nobody is making a decent version of what is an iconic knife from WW2, I would gladly pay $75 - $100 for one that was built as well as the original and my guess is so would a lot of other people out there
Although every one would like to have a Cold Steel Taipan or an Espada, or perhaps a Randall Made Bowie, the rest of the 99% from the real world of a $40.00 upper limit will always appreciate your "budget" reviews. Carry on...
hey, great review Israel. i love those old ww2 era daggers. one the note of budget items, how do you like your timber rattler outlaw Bowie, would you recommend it? im thinking of getting it.
@chimpster8 - The Timber Rattler Bowie seems pretty solid, I'm going to chop some branches with it when I review it - but I've run out of downed tree limbs here so I'll have to borrow some from somewhere
I liked the review. I would be willing to pay for the bendable dagger if you would bend it into an S shape and send it back to Fury. I know they are cheap. But there is a diffrence between cheap and junk, and that blade is junk. It is not worth it at any price. I wouldn't even want it free.
@mikedifeo - Thanks! I think I said the same thing lol. But, the bendy one isn't made by Fury. The Fury is made in Taiwan, the one that bent is made in China.
I hear you can get all the nutrition you need from twinkies - if you eat a trailer load of them. Same principle applies to knives I think. Cheap steel will mostly do the same job as expensive steel as long as there is enough of it. So as far as I'm concerned, I'll do with the cheap stuff, as long as it's built for it's function.
Daggers might hit ceramic plates, or mags; they shouldn't bend or shatter, so if they're cheap steel, they should be thick enough.

Bendable blade is unacceptable. But this style of dagger is one of my favorite designs. Scumbag killing EFECTIVE OORAH.

If you're an average individual, you have exactly 100% possibility of ever using a dagger on another human.
