I'm using windows XP too.

Sony Vegas is a program for video editing like windows movie maker, but more advanced. I answered by saying Vegas 5 allows you to trim a clip so it's shorter than 0.07 seconds. I can manage 0.05 seconds, but that isn't trying very much.

I personally torrented vegas 5. Hell, everyone else is.
