At first, no. You'll crash a lot. But after you get used to it, you can hover it. I have other vids of me hovering. You have to constantly be adjusting it though.
You can go forward/backwards, up/down, yaw left/right, lateral left/right. No rolls or upside down flight. You need a collective pitch chopper for that.
It takes some time to get used to. I'd say it's moderate difficulty level. Harder than the Havoc heli and other 2-channel/3-channel choppers, but not as hard as 4-channel fixed pitch and nowhere near 6,7-channel collective pitch choppers.
Wow, I'm such a newbie in this video. I haven't watched this one in a while. You can tell I'm not so great at aileron/elevator control, but I guess I'm doing alright for it being my second day of flying the Lama. Check out my Extreme Lama series to see what the chopper is actually capable of...
I think You really know what is the point: to play. Nothing more.
I like your video. I like your little hely. It's beyond something.. ya know... somthing that if i can left behind i feel simply happy my unberable self.
This video is something like this for me. Thank You so much! (my English ya know) :-)
It took a couple of battery charges to be able to hover it proficiently. I crashed a lot, so that was actually like an hour of messing around with it. Once you get used to controlling the heli at different angles, you'll crash a lot less. You WILL break parts if you are not experienced, particularly the blades and inner shaft head, so you might want to order these when you get your chopper. Once you master all 4-channel flying, it's flippin' awesome!
sweet video
