Aslında Özveren orada o ülkelerin nadiren puan verdiklerini kast etmek istedi. Evet; geçmişte Kıbrıs Rum Kesimi, Litvanya, Beyaz Rusya ve Ermenistan'dan puan aldığımız oldu. Ama istisnalar kaideyi bozmaz. Güney Kıbrıs'tan bir defa 8, bir defa 4; Litvanya'dan birkaç sefer 4; Beyaz Rusya'dan azami 3 ve Ermenistan'dan ise sadece bir kez 4 puan aldık (Hadise'nin 10 puan almadığını da eklemiş olayım). Yani, nadir gelen oylar da öyle sıralamaya çok etkisi olan puanlar değildi.
