I am a Goyim too! I am just saying, Yeshua is the accurate translation of the Aramaic/Hebrew version of Yehoshua(Joshua) which means, The LORD is my Salvation. Yeshua is the Hebrew word for Salvation. Anyway, according to the Professors David Flusser and Sh'muel Safrai, "Yeshu" was how Galilean jews pronounced "Yeshua".

Of course we know that Jews from Galil have a different accent than Jews from Y'hudah, from the case of Kefa's(Peter) denial of Yeshua. I didn't really know JESUS but I always talk to GOD because I just know there was a GOD. When Me and my husband got married we wanted to find a church to learn about JESUS. I never heard of Messianic Church before. we went to alot of churches and we couldn't find a church that felt like home.

A year or two came by and passed and a friend of ours told us about this Messianic Synagogue. We wanted to try this church out because we still haven't find a church to go to. When we walked in the Synagogue all of asudden I felt GOD presents. I felt like this was home.

The verse is in Isaiah. It is "Therefore you shall drink with joy from the wells of salvation." Mayim= water, and the rest of the Hebrew is the same as the English.
