@ThePopcorn12 Wow. Are you that dense? The upper ball is the one being suspended/levitated between electromagnets. The lower ball connected with a string is the pendulum. Of course there's a string. I'm not quite sure what the purpose of this demonstration is but oh well.

@howcin That is for the pendulum.....or the tiny ball....it is the LARGE ball that is being levitatied. The string simply attaches a small ball to the large one and allows it to swing as a pendulum.
