This is so true. I use gotomeeting and I get so frustrated with people not being able to log in or hear me or downloading the software. I tried Glance and it was very easy to use. Simple and effective. The only thing that would make it perfect is to add recording to it.

I was this guy a few weeks ago. I made the mistake of testing webex meetmenow with a small group of people who wanted to learn how to use wordpress.

It was a total disaster. Screen lockedup and then kicked everyone out of the conference call. I got everyone back and then it did it again!

Never. ever, ever use the webex product (unless you actually want to torture the participants)

this would be even more hilarious if it wasn't totally true. last week we had one of our consultants convert to glance for *exactly* this reason when he tried to do a presentation for us. web-ex was creating probs for some of us on macs and we had him close it and go download the free trial of glance. too funny :)

That just about sums up conference attendees for the first time with no prior planning. Its so frustrating. Glance certainly has the edge over the competition for quick set up.
